Most useful work begins before the code. It begins with noticing something that could be clearer, calmer, faster, or more human—and deciding to stay with the problem long enough to understand it.
This website is a place to document that part of the work.
I plan to write about building products, the engineering decisions behind them, and the less visible work of turning an idea into something real. That includes lessons from developer tools like zkill and the practical realities of building a technology company from Lagos.
I am not interested in publishing for the sake of a schedule. A note should earn its place by being honest, specific, and useful to someone doing the work themselves.
Some entries will be technical. Others will be about product judgment, trust, design, or the difficult middle between an early prototype and a dependable product. The connecting idea is simple: good software should respect the person using it.
That is where I am starting.
